About Erica
Erica is a mother of three, holds a doctorate in Physical Therapy, who returned to lifeguarding and teaching swimming lessons 2 1/2 years ago and has over six years experience teaching all age groups and individuals including those with special needs. Erica swam competitively from age 8 to 17, was captain of the varsity high school swim team and today swims year around and enjoys swimming open water in the Long Island Sound. Erica was a relay swimmer and finisher in the 70.3 Ironmman Jones Beach.
Erica's experience includes teaching American Red Cross swim classes/levels, Parent and Child Aquatics, Preschool Aquatics, Learn -to-Swim, Adult Swim, Early Childhood, and special needs classes.
