POLICIES

  • Cancellations are to be made within 48 hours before or you will be charged. If not, you are responsible to pay for the full session (since that time could have been given to another customer).

  • Lessons are NOT cancelled for rain. Unless there is thunder, lightning, or downpour, the scheduled lesson will still take place. If your child is susceptible to the cold, wetsuits and rash guards are encouraged.

  • Pool temperatures are recommended to be at least 87 degrees. The ideal pool temperature to teach younger children is 90 degrees. The warmer the water, the more comfortable your child will be.

  • Swim lessons DO NOT make your child drown-proof!

  • Children who are not potty trained are required to wear a swim diaper.

  • Please note that there is no guarantee the student will meet any time goal.  Everyone learns at a different pace. If a child is rushed or pushed too soon, fears can be formed or enhanced.

  • Lessons and bench marks are structured to the American Red Cross Water Safety and Instruction Standards.

  • Lessons purchased in advance are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. There will be no refunds issued.
